Energetic Harmony Using

BIE -BioEnergetics

$ 50/mini, $95/60min, $249/3 full sessions

Life stress often brings side effects. Have you developed digestive problems? Are certain emotions feeling stuck?

BIE is a non-invasive energetic balancing approach that works with the body's biofeedback responses to support overall well-being. This method uses a gentle testing process to identify energetic patterns in the body and then applies specific, balancing frequency inputs to help encourage balance within the system.

Each session is individualized and focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to regulate and restore balance.

Clients often choose BIE as part of a broader wellness plan to support stress reduction, energetic alignment and overall wellbeing. It helps with food, pollen and other sensitivities, as well as recovery after emotional stress.

BIE is a supportive modality. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

Are you curious about your food or environmental sensitivities? Are you experiencing emotional, hormonal or other reactions? Have you been encouraged to follow a diet free gluten, dairy, soy, egg or other food? This session is for you!

Amazingly easy and delicious Pumpkin Seed Cookies! Let me show you how to add some fun into your hormone balancing!

Schedule a time for YOU

Support is waiting for you. What are your goals? It is ok if you don’t know and are just processing and seeking dialogue. What are you holding onto? What are you carrying? What are you creating? Do you need to be heard? How can you improve how you nutritionally support your health?

At Okanagan Women’s Nutrition, we go with you to look inside and explore a deeper connection and perhaps a course correction for your next chapter. Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Education from UBC, Vancouver. She was a teacher for 5 years before starting a family. She added BioEnergetics training in 2010 with the Institute of Natural Technologies in Oakville, and most recently completed the Professional Integrated Diploma Program, with Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver. She is currently a Teaching assistant and soon to be an instructor there. With her personal experience and as a mom of 4 kids, 2 daughters and 2 sons, she has a deep interest in women’s nutrition, throughout the life cycle.

We do not diagnose or cure medical conditions, including “allergies”. We recommend consulting your doctor before changing your diet, using supplements, changing your exercise, and using BIE. We do not use scratch testing or other diagnostic tools. We work with inflammation, its causes and use a lifestyle, nutrition, coaching and counselling approach to improve wellness to reduce stress and inflammation.
